We are a family business with over 50 years of experience and run 3 hire shops, all of which are in the immediate vicinity of gondolas/lifts
We are the only ski hire business with shops in all 3 locations which guarantee you consistency of quality across the valley
In each of our 3 shops customers can exchange goods, solve problems (e.g. badly fitting boots)

Which kind of ski suits me?

Ski 4*
Standard skis (easy/allround skis), for beginners and new intermediates

Ski 5*
Top skis, latest carving technology for intermediate/advanced skiers and sporty skiers

Ski 6*
Race carvers, for very good and very experienced skiers who like to ski at a high speed

Are poles included in hiring skis?

Yes, poles are included

Must the booked articles be collected in the shop where they were booked?

No, collection is possible in each of the 3 shops

Can the hire equipment also be collected or returned on the previous afternoon or the next morning?

Should the equipment be collected on the previous afternoon after 2.30 p.m. or returned the following morning before 10 a.m. you will not be charged for that particular day

Busy times

We would recommend the collection of the equipment on the previous afternoon (except fridays) or as early as possible next morning to ensure a quick fitting

Are the opening hours the same in all 3 shops?

No, the opening hours vary

Can the hire articles be exchanged?

Yes, the skis can be exchanged once within the same category at no cost, by each extra exchange a service charge of Euro 10,-- will be charged.
By exchange for a higher category, the more expensive ski price will be charged.
Ski boots can be exchanged at any time without charge.

Is exchange possible in each of the shops?

Yes

Must equipment be returned to the shop where it was hired?

Yes, the return is only possible in the shop where it was hired

The return will be earlier than planned. Must you pay for the number of days originally booked?

No, you only pay from the day of collection until the equipment is returned

What is the protection package?

With a 10 % supplement the entire equipment is insured against breakage, theft, loss and swapped equipment. If equipment is lost or stolen it is absolutely necessary to make a statement to the local police in Wörgl

Without a protection package – how high are the costs for stolen/lost/broken material?

Ski 6*: Euro 350,--
Ski 5*: Euro 250,--
Ski 4*/Snowblades: Euro 150,--
Ski boots 4*: Euro 100,--
Ski boots 5*: Euro 120,--
Snowboard: Euro 200,--
Softboots: Euro 120,--
Helmet: Euro 50,--
Toboggan: Euro 100,--

Hire articles get swapped – what do you do?

Without a protection package, a deposit will have to be paid. The amount depends on the category:
Ski 6*: Euro 350,--
Ski 5*: Euro 250,--
Ski 4*/Snowblades: Euro 150,--
Ski boots 4*: Euro 100,--
Ski boots 5*: Euro 120,--
Snowboard: Euro 200,--
Softboots: Euro 120,--
Helmet: Euro 50,--
Toboggan: Euro 100,--

If the missing article turns up we will refund the deposit

Are the ski/snowboard boots and helmets regularly disinfected?

Following each return, ski/snowboard boots and helmets are dried and disinfected using a modern shoe dryer

Can this be booked online?

No, due to programme technical reasons this is not possible. But you can request this service in the shop

Purchasing hire equipment - is this possible?

Yes, should you have interest in our skis, boots, boards we can discuss a price
